General Policies and Conditions:
All prices, policies and terms are subject to change without notice. All prices are wholesale. All items are handmade and because of the originality of these items, it is impossible to duplicate items identically. Many items are unique, therefore, it is possible that some features will need to be substituted, yet the look will still be the same. When dealing with wood products, there is a natural variation in the way the wood absorbs the paint or stain. At Decorative, we have found that this variation in texture and color mostly occurs on the edges of the product and is natural result of our handcrafted product.
Minimum Orders:
The minimum quantity ordered for any glass word frame is a package (multiple) of four of the same size and the minimum for all other products is a package (multiple) of two for each item. The colors and sayings may vary in the packages. A surcharge of $20 is applied to shipping a single glass frames, please call the office @ 604-574-4558 for details of this service.
Payment:
Acceptable terms of payment are Visa, MasterCard or Cheque (upon approval). All new accounts are credit card.
Orders:
All orders must include the store name, store address (shipping address if different), a business number and telephone number.
Returned Cheques and Stop Payments:
A charge of $30 will be added for all NSF or Stop Payment Cheques. Accounts will then be due by Credit Card only.
Late Payments:
A service charge of $5 per month will be payable by the customer for all overdue invoices.
Returns and Cancellation:
All returns must be approved by Decorative Wood Designs and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. When returning merchandise, there must NOT be any writing, pricing, or any other marks on the item or package. The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly. Retail store pays for return shipping to Decorative Wood Designs. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damages:
If damages occur during shipping, please email pictures of damage to info@dwdframes.com within 7 days, keep the original carton and packing for inspection by the shipping company, this is a must for insurance purposes. Decorative Wood Designs will either credit your account to be reflected on your next order or we will replace the damaged items.

Shipping:
Every order is a custom order and is assembled according to your specific needs. The average time for orders is approximately 2-3 weeks. All orders are FOB from our dock in Surrey, BC. Our office runs on minimal staff during gift mart season so you can expect ship times to take longer than normal during this time. Also, keep in mind the high volume of orders that we receive during the Christmas season. Get your orders in early!
